GBDisk RS1 – reliable SSD-storage from TDK

GBDisk RS1 have the following dimensions (sizes are given in mm):
TDK SSD produced with the use of SLC NAND-memory that, along with the use GBDriver RS1 SATA-controller makes these devices not only fast but also reliable. The storage have error correction function, maintain a large number of cycles and rewrite sensitive to voltage interruptions. Such properties and characteristics of TDK SSD make it good choice for use in industrial applications.
TDK SSD device provided on 2, 4, 8 and 16 – GB models. Voltage: 5 V, service temperature range lies in the range of -20 C to +85 C, shock proof: 15G/1500G (active/inactive status).
